Our People. Our Company is lead by a very competent, motivated, dynamic and hardworking team. Mr Farry Tandean MSCS MSEE is the Company's President Director. His main phylosophy in business is leading his innovative team to always Put Customer's Priority First and "Work hard, work smart and trustful in serving the customers". This is the philosophy underlying Customer Service Excellence Program which is conducted throughout the organization.
He earned two Master Degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from University of Minnesota, USA. Upon returning home, in 1993 he started his rattan and wood business. Since the start he was consistent in applying Continuous Improvement throughout every aspect in the organization. "Now we are never been more ready to serve our customers. All infrastructures are in place. All systems go. We really have grown together with our customers. Our people are well-trained. Our 13 years experience in the business is a valuable asset. Our hard work and patience has paid off. "But we will never be satisfied until our customers are" he said. And in doing that "our men and women in the organization must get their share and so is our loving community". We are all one single team, and with the right philosophy, we will always be the best choice for our customers.
